2. Description of Service
StoreKare provides Shopify infrastructure monitoring, issue detection, safe fixes, and content creation services for healthcare commerce businesses. Features vary by subscription tier.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Shopify Store Access
By connecting your Shopify store, you grant StoreKare permission to access your store data according to the OAuth permissions you approve. Access levels vary by subscription tier.
5. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
6. Auto-Fix Disclaimer
Auto-fix features are designed to apply safe, reversible changes. However, you acknowledge that automated changes carry inherent risks. StoreKare is not liable for any issues arising from auto-fixes.
7. Content Services
Blog drafts created by StoreKare are original content created for your use. You retain ownership of published content. StoreKare may use anonymized examples for training purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
StoreKare is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
