Do you need admin access to my Shopify store?

We connect via Shopify's official OAuth flow. You authorize specific permissions—no passwords are ever shared with us. Monitor tier requests read-only access. Protect and Concierge tiers request write access only for safe fixes and content drafts.

What is configuration drift?

Configuration drift refers to unplanned changes in your store configuration. Maybe someone on your team changed a shipping rate, or an app updated settings unexpectedly. We track your store's state and alert you when things change from your baseline.

What can you auto-fix?

We only auto-fix safe, reversible issues. Examples include restoring shipping zone configurations to baseline, removing duplicate tracking pixels, and fixing common policy page errors. Complex issues that require human judgment create tickets for your review instead.

What is a restore pack?

Restore packs are pre-configured baselines for specific areas of your store. If your shipping rates get messed up, for example, you can restore from your shipping baseline in one click. Available for shipping, tracking, and policy pages on Protect and Concierge tiers.

How do alerts work?

When we detect a critical issue during a scan, we send an email alert immediately. You can configure notification preferences in your account settings, including which issue types trigger alerts and who receives them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel through your account settings and your subscription ends at the current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.

Can I connect multiple stores?

Yes. Each store requires its own subscription. If you manage multiple Shopify stores, you can connect and monitor all of them under your account, each with its own health score and issue tracking.

Can you work with my fulfillment provider?

We monitor the health of your fulfillment integrations and webhooks. If your 3PL connection has issues or webhooks are failing, we detect and alert you. We don't replace your fulfillment provider—we help ensure the integration stays healthy.

What if my team changes settings?

Our drift detection catches any changes to monitored settings, regardless of who makes them. You'll see exactly what changed, when, and can decide whether to keep the change or restore to baseline.

How do blog approvals work?

On Concierge tier, we create blog drafts directly in your Shopify blog with "Draft" status. You review them in StoreKare, where you can approve as-is, request edits, or reject. Nothing is published without your explicit approval.

Do you publish automatically?

Never. Blog posts require your approval before publishing. Once you approve a draft, we publish it to your live blog or schedule it for a specific date—but only after you've reviewed and approved it.

How long does onboarding take?

Most stores are fully connected and scanned within 15 minutes. After you connect via OAuth, your first scan runs automatically and you'll see your health score and any issues right away.
